Terms of Service

These terms apply to merchants using GuestViewIns for customer-journey feedback workflows. By registering or using the service, the merchant acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
1. Service Positioning
GuestViewIns is a customer-feedback and service-quality infrastructure product. It is not positioned as a mass advertising network, promotion engine, or customer-data resale platform.
2. Data Role and Authorization
The merchant is the data controller of customer data; GuestViewIns acts as data processor/service provider for feedback operations. The merchant confirms it has lawful rights to share customer data with GuestViewIns and authorizes GuestViewIns to send service feedback requests under configured workflows.
3. Service Fees and Payment
Fees, billing cycles, and payment methods follow the selected plan or a specific contract. Users must pay all charges in full and on time.
4. Messaging Rules
Merchants may use GuestViewIns sending flows only for service-oriented feedback communications (for example, thank-you and rating requests after relevant service interactions). Spam, unlawful content, deceptive messages, or unrelated mass promotions are prohibited.
5. Opt-Out and Abuse Prevention
Merchants must provide end customers with clear unsubscribe/opt-out options (for example STOP, unsubscribe link, or disable future feedback). GuestViewIns may apply cooldowns, rate limits, temporary blocking, or suspension to prevent abuse.
6. Data Minimization, Security, and Retention
Both parties follow data-minimization principles and process only data needed for feedback operations. GuestViewIns applies reasonable safeguards, including protection of sensitive credentials/tokens. Data is retained under retention policy and deleted or anonymized on defined timelines after termination.
7. Merchant Data Isolation
GuestViewIns isolates merchant data by account. Any cross-merchant benchmarking, if offered, must be aggregated and anonymized without exposing identifiable merchant or customer information.
8. Limitation of Liability
The merchant remains responsible for legality of source data, customer-contact basis, and outbound message content. GuestViewIns is not liable for damages resulting from unlawful data collection, missing authorization, inaccurate merchant-provided data, or merchant misuse of the service.
9. Dispute Resolution
Disputes should first be resolved by good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be handled by competent authorities under Vietnamese law.
10. Updates and Effectiveness
These terms are effective upon publication. We may update them to reflect operational changes, legal requirements, or third-party integration policies (including POS API/webhook terms). The latest version will be posted on this website.
